Job Profile: • Managing schedules, filling documents and communicating relevant information• Ensure the literacy of sales related equipment or material• Managing all the new and old sales inquires• Strong follow up with the customers• Preparing and managing quotations and purchase orders• Coordinating with vendors for purchasing the goods• Looking after the process of delivering machinery • Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required with accuracy and timeliness • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness• Inform clients for unforeseen delays or problems • Monitoring the short comings and propose improvements• Assist in preparation and organizing of promotional material or events• Payment Follow ups with customers • For collection of ‘c’ form/ ‘H’ Form as per accounts department • Preparing checklist for the goods dispatched • Executing all given tasks given by the management.
